Here we are aboard the MAASDAM of Holland America. We do almost all of our business by email, fax and telephone. Yates Travel has thousands of satisfied clients nationwide and worldwide. We also gladly visit groups or anyone in the five boroughs of NYC who is disabled or senior and needs to talk to us in person. We deal with many charitable organizations, family groups and not for profit groups.

.All of our associates are professionally trained travel consultants with accreditation as cruise counselors from the Cruise Line International Association. They are also trained social service clinicians, a rare combination. We have personally inspected, sailed on and written travel articles on an extensive number of ships.

Owner is President of Tri State Chapter (NY/NJ/CT/PA) of American Retail Agents Association and was Past President of the National Association of Cruise Oriented Agencies Tri State Chapter.

Our agency is listed as a recommended agency by Arthur Frommer on his website-an honor restricted to only the best professionals in the field. We are also accredited by IATAN and belong to the Society for the Advancement of Travel for the Handicapped, Caribbean Tourism Organization and have won awards from National Association of Cruise Oriented Agencies and Association of Retail Travel Agencies.
